Has the doctor performed primary sigmoid colon vaginoplasty and what is it availability and cost?
  We will do the primary sigmoid colon only in the case of the patient has very small penis and scrotal skin. Due to the risk of infection, so we do not often practice the primary SRS sigmoid colonoplasty. The cost of sigmoid colonoplasty is about USD 13,000 inclusive 5 nights hospitalization, doctor, surgical and anesthesia fees.
 
FAQ : Risk and Complication
You indicated that there is a chance of infection when using the colon in the SRS surgery. Can the infection be controlled with medication? If so, can the colon surgery be done in one operation?
  In any type of operation have 50/50 percent chance to develop infection, and would not be prevented by medication. Therefore the medical profession has to are one the infection occurred, some successful, some not, therefore the best way to prevent is avoid the chance that will develop the infection. Like in SRS surgery we mainly do the colon surgery for the patient as seconday surgery, which allow all the wound to heal first and let you body to take rest to get ready for the second one.

Am I able to orgasm after SRS surgery?
  Yes, If you were orgasmic preoperatively, you will most likely be orgasmic postoperatively.
 
FAQ : After Care
Will the scar from colonplasty can be lasered or dermabrased out after a few months?
  The scar is minimal and will fade out once the time gone by you can use steroid cream or vitamin E to help.

What kind of hormones I should discontinute and how long to discontinute prior to perform surgery?
  All hormones and medicine such as Estradiol, spironolactone, Asprin, Vitamin-E, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory such as Advil, Aleve, or Ibuprofen should be stop taken 14 days prior surgery date.
Do I need to have completed genital electrolysis?
  For electrolysis you can either have it done or not have it done before the surgery. As during stage of scrotal skin graft, the doctor will also scrape the hair follicle, which will also help reducing the hair growth, as well as taking female hormone will also help. Therefore, if you would like to get hair removal done in your country prior arrival you can get it done at bikini areas especially the midline of genital. And the electrolysis session should be stop 2 weeks prior the surgery.
Do I need to bring my hormones with me?
  You can bring along with you as you will start again as before surgery after two weeks. You should consult your endocrinologist to re-adjust the dosage. A sudden change in hormone levels, for some individuals, may result in the fluctuation of emotion.

What the medical test do you need to have completed prior to perform surgery?
  The clearance pre-op medical test that you may have them done prior arrivals are including ; chest x-ray, EKG, CBC, Ua and Anti-HIV test. Those can have them done within 15-30 days prior arrival in Thialand. Otherwise you can have it done in our hospital.

Does Doctor operate on the weekends?
  We do perform the surgery on Saturday but not on Sunday, as it is our day off.
How to schedule a date for SRS?
  Soon after you have the recommended letter forwarded to us the surgery schedule can be arrange with in one month. The appointment for surgery will need to inform us at least one month in advance prior the surgery schedule.
